Is this green terror a male?

I have a hard time telling with these guys...to me, it looks like a male minus the hump:

lack of Nuchal hump
The orange tinge on the border of the tail is not broad.

Absolutely a female Green Terror. I hope this helps! I do not think any distinctive features exist to suggest a male but they do suggest a female. Just out of curiosity, what makes you suggest that this is likely a male?
