Judging by the last pic you posted it seems like it may very well be HITH, although can't be 100% sure based on the pics qualities...

ya sorry all i have is a cell phone i will do some more research and start medicating the tank

Have you tested your water conditions? coz i've heard HITH is actually a mix of other problems which causes the HITH to emerge... so you may just want to see if every thing is on point in your tank...

i tested all the conditions and they are fine, i did a 30% water change today and i have the temp at 82. The tank is not established only been up and runing 1.5 months so that could be it but he needed to be moved was to big for a 55g. i did of course cycle it, i also feed him a mixture of pellets, bloodworms and live fish i have a feeling the live fish dont help.

You say that the tank is not established, but then you said you cycled it....a cycled tank=established tank. What kind of "live fish" have you been feeding it?

BTW, not sure if you know this or not, but if you currently have ZERO fish in the tank, you may have to cycle it again (depending on how long it takes you to get the fish you want in there), since the BB (beneficial bacteria) will die off eventually since it has nothing to feed off...
