Is this HITH on my JDs head?

Hi,

Does this look like HITH on my male JDs head? What is weird is that the hith like patterns are symmetrical above both the eyes. Water parameters have been clean and have had this tank up and running for 10 months now.

Frankly impossible to tell from vid. However, if it is symmetrical, it's unlikely to be hith. If your water params are good and you feed a balanced, high quality pellet diet, it should never be a concern.

Fish looks healthy, maybe breathing a little heavy. Probably nothing, or add some O2.
