The 2 little white spots on the underneath the eye, What do think??? I just notice this morning when I woke up, Did a waterchange yesterday, gonna test my water parameters.

I cant see very well, but what I can see isnt HITH.
 
It looks like it to me. Looking at the third picture you can see that the lateral line is starting to "pit" as well.
Are you running carbon in your filters?

Only place I have ever seen HITH is on the area between the eys, down to the nostrils. Never under the eye like that. It is usually white, as well. I don't see any white.

I have a small bag of carbon in my(40g) sump and thats it. I have mostly have ceramic rings in there with bioballs and a filter sock.

Yeah I am kinda wondering why on the gill plate.... I dont know but Im gonna get some Metro+
