He had really bad tail rot and white poop when I got him. Treated with paraguard and metronidozole and he started eating. His tail is growing back nicely but I see some small pitting on his head and he would never let me get close enough when I got him so I can't be sure if this is old, heck I don't know if its even HITH. Ignore the weird area around his mouth that is just blurry from the camera I'm talking about the spots on his forehead between the eyes.
Whats interesting is that the areas in question are almost perfectly symmetrical as in there's a whole on each side in the same place. I'm wondering if I should dose him one more time with met or just keep up with weekly 50% water changes.
