Is this HITH ?

i have 3 fish and one eel in quarantine. I noticed some issues in the last few days. Please let me know if this can be HITH. What is my next step?

The rainbow fish and blue acara are showng injuries. The acara has two small spots anove his left eye. And chance the eel can catch it.

Please let me know what you think.

It does unfortunately. Would look at water quality, food and supplementing with vitmamins, voltage, and carbon use. May need to up your water changes and supplement food wth vitamins.

See if there’s something stressing your fish.

Do the cures work? I remember reading it is difficult to eradicate.

The fish are eating sinking carnivore pellets and flake food.

I will up the water changes and try and figure out which method of treatment.

I use vitachem.

Not sure about abx as other things could be in the areas of concern. It needs to be swabbed and cultured. Can always qt and treat with meds but it’ll be the shotgun approach. It seems to be multifactorial in regards to causes.
