Can't make up my mind but want to start treatment for whatever it is as 3 fish in the African tank have it so far..

sorry for the crap pics but in a hurry to get some feednack...
any thoughts ?

It looks like it to me. Are they rubbing against stuff in the tank? If anything time for heat and salt.

Definitely ich. Time for table salt and heat. Be sure to dissolve it thoroughly and add carefully!

agree with the diagnosis, go with what lupin said, and stay away from chemical meds

yeah it looks like ich/ick. i would treat with aquarium salt and raise your tank temp. it will take a week to see some good results. when you see that the white bumps are going away, do a good waterchange (50 percent) and syphon your gravel well. i would keep salt in the tank anyways after that.

dont waste your money on any ich meds-i always use the salt/raised temp remedy and it works-just be patient.
