Is This Ich?

Hey everyone

If you are able to see in these pretty horrible photos, is this ich? (Look on the caudal fin, the small white dots)

There are not that many, maybe 5-6 in total and the other fish only has one small one.

If anyone can identify this and suggest treatment options it would be awesome!

First of all, very nice convict!

Very difficult to tell from those pics, even zoomed in I'd be hesitant to call it; are there spots on the body as well?

there are only 5-6 spots on the caudal fin and the male has one very small spot on his tail. Should I just keep a very close eye on it and see if it gets worse?

If you suspect it is ich, raise the temperature to 90F, about 1 degree an hour, and maintain for 5 days.

There are 30-50 fry in the tank as well, will that raise in temp be harmful to them?
