Is this ich?

I have never seen ich before but I think this oscar has it. This is the best photo I could get. It has some little white spots on the pectoral fins but nowhere else.

not look like it to me. think what you seeing are calcium deposited, or fin cysts, nothing to worry about they grow out, ICK will be on the body of the fish,

Hard to tell from the pic, keep a close eye on it.

As milk said, it's hard to tell for sure from the pics. Have you noticed any change in behavior? Such as fins clamped more often then not? Or appearing to be more easily spooked then normal.

It's a new fish I picked up 4 days ago but seems fine otherwise. Hopefully it's just calcium cysts. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks.

I would treat it as ich, it looks to be a possibility to me. Pops you've never had a fish with ich that had it on the fins?
