Is this ick on my pleco?

I was wondering is these ick on my pleco since it have a little bit of white spot.

i can't tell from the picture. typically looks like grains of salt on the fish. normally most easily seen on the fins

seems like it don't got any white dot on the fin or tail, just near the head that were shown on the pic. I already putting my water temp at 86 and let will it go away.

Don't forget to vaccuum the substrate and do water change since 86 will only stop them from reproducing.
