Today I noticed my smaller Senegal has a pretty decent size bulge on his side / belly. The bottom of it is real red and as you can see there are red lines going all over the place. I'm assuming this is an infection but how do I treat it and what caused it? He's about 4.5" and is swimming and eating like normal as if it wasn't there.
