Is this Jag Fry/Juvi a male, female or just too young to tell?

way too young. You will have a better chance at sexing it once it hits around 6" in total length. Being a dominant fish or the presence of the opposite sex in the tank will increase your chances at identifying the sex. Pointed dorsal/anal fins are not a tell tale sign of sex.

Thanks man.
It is pretty aggressive , by day 2 it has become tank boss over the bigger oscar in there.
Hopefully a male :)

Despite what all the websites state as good tank mates..
You seem on point.
I thought I would have a few months before having to separate them, The Oscar is now hiding in the corner despite being almost twice its size.
Even though they are in a 125 Gallon tank and are both tiny.

Many web sites will coddle, and/or tell their members what "they" want to here, because with fish (especially cichlids) there are remote chances that some cichlids will deviate from the norm.
I, and others here, like Rocksor (and more), tend not to mince words, or not to BS, even though some people don't like my/our answers.
And...I admit to being a bit of a purist.
