It doesn't seem to be a jardini to me... Looks asian. That person also has a video of a red arowana, which is also asian.
It doesn't necessarily mean that the person who posted the vids owns the fishes. He/she might have traveled to Asia and took some vids.
The person might also have copied from someone else and put on he/her own channel at Youtube.

"Can it be real?"
The golden color shown is very unnatural -- this effect can be achieved by using some yellow tinge light. The video might also be color edited. But one thing for sure, it isn't the real color of the fishes in plain white light. Also water might be tinted yellow to enhance the coloration when viewed. At 6:25, there is a discus. I guess that's a blue diamond but it looks a bit greenish due to some enhanced yellow effect.

Just my two cents...

Jardini arowana are legal. But thats no jardini. Thats an Asian arowana which are illegal in the states. Its a beautiful fish though

Ha, the video even says 24K not Jardini....

It's real, but it's not a jardini. Its an Asian arowana, a crossback. It is disputed whether they are Sceleropages formosus or Scleropages aureus.
