Don't feed everyday, maybe twice a week in place of pellets.

You can keep it in the fridge if your house gets above 90F regularly. If not, in a cupboard is fine.

Some solid advice thus far, but personally I would not feed it at all, but that's just me. IME flowerhorn have fairly sensitive gastrointestinal systems and at the very least I would pre-soak it to aid in digestion, as well as only using it as an occasional treat. Good luck.
