How do you tell the difference between a wild caught and captive bred specimen?
I do distinguish them by headshape, body shape and finlets but that's pretty much all about their age.
If they are a WC specimen, they should grow with their max speed to survive but in Captive environment, they will get enough food by keepers so that makes a lot of differences.
I also witnesse some case that CB specimens get very good shape when they have good genetics and raised in right conditions but there still some slight differences with WC specimens.
