Is this Leiarius Marmoratus or Pictus? (picture)

Can you please help me with an id on this one?

I bought it as an Marmoratus but I think it looks more like an Pictus.

When I got it, it had an injury to it dorsal fin and that's why the first ray looks shorter in this picture. I has now growed out.
