is this loach dyed?

i saw this loach on the internet for sale and due to is strange colours and the fact its a red tail botia (dyed often) i think its dyed.
what do you think?

The color is strangely very intense. I agree with Ewurm. The fish represented is dyed. I have a few of these loaches here and none have that intense blue color.

If it really is that colour and its not just a bit of camera trickery then the chances are its dyed.

A true Modesta is darker and the color isn't as bright. It's sad to say that most of them arrive at pet shops dyed

ya thats why i said my BM is jet black with a dull orange fins and tail.
