It's not mine, the pic is from the seller. I thought it was a lace because of the long head, but it's ID as mala, so I am not going to get it! ;o
 
TBH that wolf doesn't look like a mala from that head shape. I am actually becoming seriously confused of all these new species/subspecies that are being named such as the SP Uruguay, Lacerdae, Izugu etc.

I honestly don't even know if they are mala subspecies or a completely new species. that wolf does not look like a mala since the head is elongated, like you said.
 
It's a mala. Looks like pain when I first got him. Get him a good steady diet and it will grow like a weed.
