Is this male or female festae?

Is my festae a male or female? I used to think it was a female, but now i'm thinking it's a male. it keeps changing colors so i'm not sure. its about 4-4.5 inches now. Here are 2 pics of the same fish minutes a part. Tell me what u guys think it is.

Males kinda look like females when their ready to breed. The male coloration lightens and the females darken. Looks like you got a horny male.
