well heres the thing my friend gave me his ''synodontis ocellifer'' last month at around 3 inchs today i measured him at 5 1/2 inchs is it posible for them to grow this FAST!! and how big do these things get? i read they get 8 inchs but this guy keeps growing.and yes i am positive it is a synodontis ocellifer i did my reasearch on google lol so i possitive. anyone have these?

if i remember correctly they get bigger than 8" andyea i had a baby one that was around a inch long dissapeared for about 2 or 3 months and when i found him he was aound 7 or more inches long they are fast growers if they have clean water and a lot of food.....
holy sh*t thats crazy i was expecting it to grow slowly lol aw well lol anyone know exaclty how big they get and do they get that big fast or do they slow down in growth at a certain size?
idk if this is true but i have owned 10+ and seen 12+ but heard of 16+ so u never really kno and the ones i owned didnt die just sold them..... and dont know current size of them or have seen them in around a year.
