heres my fish list

3 blue acara's
3 south american pikes
1 fire eel
6 clown loaches
1 chocolate pleco
1 albino bristle nose <-my fav
and about 30 rosey at all times cause those pikes EAT EVERYTHING

I bought the loaches first to eat the snails...
and a fire eel
(which they all 7 sleep together in a dragon bubbler and swim together they steel the blood worms and take them inside the bubbler)

then bought 2 pikes .... they were shy at first stayed together at the bottem of the tank....

went back for more roseys (cause they will not eat anything else)

bought another pike cause he was the last one in the tank with 7 blue acaras of decent size....

I went back a few days later for more roseys and bought 1 blue acara cause he was beautiful added him to the tank and the pike would swim together and chase him around the tank..... (he keeps eating the sand gravel then spitting it back out is this normal?)

I went back today for more roseys and there was 2 blue acaras left in a tank full of pikes that were chasing the acaras around..... WAY TO MANY fish in this tank

anyway .... now the acaras will not leave each other alone and the pike are stalking each one of the acaras.......

which before they were just bottem dwelling now they are all over the place chasing the acaras none of the fish bother the clown loaches or the fire eel......

if I added more fish would they calm down?
is this normal?
whats up with the rocks?
all these fish were in the same tank together
.....

and the chocolate pleco does not like my bristle nose.... he chaces her around the tank....

why are my fish crazy?:nilly:

How big is this tank? Unless it is HUGE I would not even consider getting any more fish. The solution may be more along the lines of getting rid of some.

its 155g they are all getting along actually and the pike have stoped stalking the acaras......

in any event they are all small.... and I was just given another 155g that has 2 jewels, 2 jags, 2 Zebra obliquidens a male and a female.... they are all small as well

whats the chances of taking out the fire eel and his 6 clown loaches and putthing them in a 155g by them selves with the baby jags and the rest of the chilads together?

what would be a setup to split between the 2?

Depending on what type of Crenicichla you got, there could be some potential problems. Hopefully your clown loaches are larger, otherwise they are going to end up as snacks, no matter which tank you put them in. Cenicichla (pikes) and Jags will BOTH grow MUCH faster than all your other fish. Having said that, the jewels will probably be in trouble here shortly as well...lol

In all reality, I wouldn't add or remove any more fish. Don't try to fix something if its not broken. ;)
