My friend has 2 convict cichilds one female and one male...ok they are breeding liek two little jack rabbits. So the last 2 of the first set they are giving them to me which are not even really big and they are hard to see...can I put this two into my tank with the mollies, tetras and betta until they get bigger?

Also, they put in 3 ghost shrimp and the male Cichild ate them plus a goldfish...is this normal?

Okay, let me see if I got this right.
Your friend's convicts had babies.
You want to put two of those babies in your tank with mollies, tetras and a betta.
You friends male convict ate some ghost shrimp and a gold fish.

The fish in your tank pose little threat the babies unless they are under 1/4" or so in size. If they are smaller than that then the betta and mollies may eat them. They may be able to survive if you have plants and other hiding spots in the tank.
If they do survive they will grow up and kill the rest of your fish starting with the tetras.

As for the male convict eating the ghost shrimp and the gold fish; yes, that's normal.

OK...thanks for the advice...so should I put them in like a bowl with a heater until they get bigger...or what would you recommend cause...right now they are at there house in a bowl...with a heater...

This sounds about right. You might consider some aeration too while they are growing.
