I've never seen that before. I would separate them, those cuts on her back look quite bad. Really strange, sort of looks like she is trying to get air from the surface

i dont think they have mated the male is too small,he just gets frustrated and bites her 24/7
the wounds have slowly been getting worse for weeks
im thinking about giving up on motoros
i use a pond skimmer net and poly box to move rays hayden
