It's a tiny bubble in between the 2 18mm sheets of glass, it holds water but I am going to reseal it but I wanna know do I have to completely rebuild it??

photo (1).JPGphoto.JPG that second photo is the bottom section of that same side, its a thin bubble line. the rest of corners have the same thing. it doesnt look like anything serious now but i dont want anything happening to my family. i was thinking of buying some aluminum corner guards and applying some PL because the corners are getting covered by the stand and canopy.

You should be fine with the bubble. Just reseal the inside. If the bubbles ran the whole length then rebuild would be the way to go. Whats the tank size?

Should have also told you make sure silicone between the glass is not dried out if it is then rebuild

nope it seems to be fine in between the seal, i have the silicone scraped off all the corners and i will be resealing it on friday. I will post some pics along the way.

it is extremely heavy and I want to stay away from the rebuild as much as i can, so if anyone has any ideas on what i can do for some reassurance please let me know and like i said before it did hold water for around 36 hours give or take before I dumped it out. the silicone looked a bit rough so that is why i wanted to reseal it.

Silicone a piece of glass near the top at the ends of the tank. Seal the piece to front, back, and side glass. Almost like euro brace. I can post a pic of one of my tanks with the glass im talking about when i get home if you need a visual.
