Is this one a "black lace"?

Hey,
yesterday my 5 angelfish (3 blue pearl and 2 black lace) arrived.
There´s one definite black lace (pic 1)and a smaller one which is not looking like a classic black lace(D+) but isn´t a double dark (DD) either...

The third picture might be a ghost and definitely has a dark gene.

I guess the top one´s got the dark gene as well?
Without the lightning it looks like a brownish red. I´d describe it as "chocolate".
In Germany they are called "Rauchskalar" which means smoke or smokey angelfish.
Pretty hard to find real Black Lace...
