I have a 6ft 130 with 8 clown loaches, 6 silver dollars, 1 sajica cichlid, 1 rusty pleco and a Oscar. This is just theoretical but would it be overstocked, if not what else could I have or how long will it be before it becomes overstocked.

I agree

Eh, not so bad in my opinion. The loaches when they eventually reach full size, will be a lot for the tank. But that does take years, and large loaches are always in demand (you can sell them).
I don't think you are overstocked except for the eventually huge loaches.

.... depends on the current size of all of your fish

I have the clowns and silver dollars already but I wanted really want to have an oscar too, the silver dollars are almost maxed out but the clowns are all about 4 inches

that's not bad that is a 6 foot tank after all I would set up some tall fake plants for the dollars it will keep them calmer Never heard of a rusty pleco but yourtank is fine I would not add anything else however
