Is this Piranha worth 250?

My local LFS has some pricey piranhas (400-500 dollars a fish), I saw this ad on craigslist and wondered if this was one of those piranhas and 250 bucks is a good value for it.

Just did a comparison on the prices with Aquascapeonline and would say the price is fair. The price varies according to the species of Pirahna and size also most are WC so where the Pirahna was collected affects price. Black Piranha are highly priced especially a large one.

Some of the prices are really good. That green phantom is actually a blue phantom and $60 for 6'' is a steal.The vampire tetra is good priced as well. I wonder if this place ships?
