Is this safe?

Hey just got a 100gal tank off craigslist, pretty happy with it so far today. Noticed these bubble like stuff along the seals of the glass when I filled it up to check for leaks, is this normal or do I need to have it rebuilt?

*EDIT: its only on one sides, between front panel and right side panel.

I think so, I have a 75 with an edge similar to that one and I haven't had any problems.

alright thanks 1travisdo, anyone else have any input? it doesnt look to be all over the joint, like only half, the inside silicon looks newer
