is this silicone safe for aquariums?

Second one would be my choice, Silicone II has something in it for mold and mildew. They say that one will fail. Good luck
GE Silcone II is for non food use... "*Mildew resistant" is the tipoff..
The second one GE Silcone I... "100% silicone rubber" is what you want for the fish. I have resealed an entire 90 gallon with this stuff and it has been filled for several months without a center brace. It works and is inexpensive.
