is this stocking ok and can i have any thing else

hi im new hello my names brad and i own a 5 foot marine tank

and have just brought a 8.4 footx1.5x1.5 foot tank, i know its not a monster tank but hey, i want some big tropical fish, heres what ive come up with

ill be running a 3 ftx12inchx12inch sump

and heres a list of fish id like to have

1 x oscar
1 x common plec
1 x green sev
6 x silver dollars
3 x rocket gars
1 x lima shoval nose
1 x Nicaraguense

With your other stock the rocket gars are going to get mutilated. I think everything else CAN work, but you might run into problems mixing all of the cichlids. Also keep in mind on what everyones mature sizes are going to be, and if an 18" deep tank will be fitting.

Rocket Gars get like 12" max, but would not be able to handle the aggression of the other fish.

Nicaraguense is a different cichlid, not a mana..

I'm not sure about the Oscar, personalities can range from placid to ultra aggressive.

with that tank size it could easily house an arowana without problems.
