Is this strong enough to hold a 40 gallon?

Hi, I'm planning on putting a 40ish gallon tank here. The dimensions are 1 meter by 30 cms, and a 45 cm height i think. I was wondering if its safe to put a tank that big on this shelf. I reinforced it was some "mensulas" in spanish not sure how you say it in english. Here are some pictures.

If its not strong enough to hold it safely, how can I do to straighten it more? I want it to be an overly strong to hold it because my head will be under it at times and if it breaks on my head... it wont be tooooo nice...

I'd have to say no. It'll be about 350 lbs.

i would not put it on it.. its about 10 pounds per gallon. thats 400 pounds on a shelf that has to vertical or horizontal supports

i would say only put a 10 gallon... thats still like 100pounds
