Is this tail rot? (VID)

Hey guys, could you pls watch the video below and determine if my aro has "tail rot". I noticed a few tiny bubble-like spots on his head too. I've only had him for 2 weeks and the clown loaches I had in the tank all of a sudden developed ich. Clown Loaches are in quarantine right now to sort this issue out.

it doesnt look evenly rot to be fin/tail rot.. do u have another aggressive fish in the tank? also,, what are the water parameters?

regardless, turn the temp up to 86, add some extra salt. dont over feed n keep water clean

looks like it to me...BUT it could also be from another fish nipping at him..Is he new to this tank? No matter, just jack up your heat to 86-88 add salt he'll be good to go in days-

Guys what kind of salt are we talking about? Marine? I bumped the temp to 81 last night but was so worried it might be too much for Aro. So I guess upwards of 82 is still good huh?

I just got API aquarium salt. I'm assuming that is the kind of salt I need to use.
My next question is how much should I put in? Ive transferred the aro to 75g quarantine tank. Do I follow the dosing instruction?
