is this tank over stocked?

hi i have a recently (4 months ago) set up a small more peaceful tank but i wa wondering how im doing with its stocking.

it is 180 liters

filtration: fluval 405 and penguine bio wheel 150

it is heavily planted with amazon swords anubis and java moss as well as java fern etc

it tas 2 large pieces of bog wood coverd in java moss

1 inch deep moon sand

ph is 7.2 with ammonia nitrates and nitrit all 0

stocking wise i have 3 small clown loaches, 1 large red spotted severum
1 red rainbow fish, 4 corydoras, 2 siamese flying foxes' 1 golden nugget plec and 1 port hoplo catfish

if my tank isnt over stocked what else should i add? all suggestions welcome,

i forgot to say i do 30 percent water changes every other day and i have almond leaves in my tank

It doesnt sound it, you are running enough filteration and the plants will help with the nitrates, you should ok. Id like to see some pix though

kl ty looks like this mite just end up as only tank ima keep running 4 a bit so i dont wanna have to bee constantly worrying about water quality

cheers for advice guys lemon head i thought severum would eat rummy noses? also any more iideas are greatley appreciated

You have enough filteration and like bog said the plants will help. I would leave your stock as it is but GET PICS =p
