Could this stock work in a 125 gal tank 4 bala sharks, 15 neon tetras, 10 tiger barbs, 2 angel fish, 2 kissing gouramis, 1 flag tail, 4 hoplo catfish, 8 Cory cat fish, 1 Raphael cat fish, 8 ember tetras
No
The Bala sharks grow too large and are too skittish, the kissing gourami reach 12” and the flag tail assuming you mean prodichilous is too large too. Then the neons are too small for angelfish and tiger barbs would also nip at them constantly. The Raphael couldn’t be trusted to remove them at night.
I would switch the neons and embers for some larger tetras like Buenos Aires etc. The tiny tetras may be eaten by the larger fish. The Bala sharks I agree get too large. The other fish are likely OK- flag tails get large but it takes a long time. You may have some nipping issues with the long fins of the angels and gourami, so I would keep an eye on them.
