$500 for a 4x2x2 with oak stand, canopy, light (two bulbs, probably standard florescent), filters (unknown canister and penguin 350). The tank is drilled, but does not come with plumbing. It has water in it, so there should not be any leaks. I'm going to see it tomorrow, but I don't know.
Is this tank worth it?

The ones I'm seeing for 350 are tank only. Seems that these things are more expensive around here. He started at 690. If its a little high I'll probably do it. The last guy I called was selling a 55 for 250, and sold it in days.
There is another one also for 500, but it is a six foot. It does not look as nice and he won't move on price. I would also prefer a 4 ft because of where it is going.

Sounds high to me.. I missed out on a 220g set up for $500 last week. The buyer is turning it over for $950 on craigslist now.
It sucks dealing with people when you are trying to sell something. Use that to your advantage. Set up several fake email addresses and then send him a bunch of responses. And then flake on him when it comes time to go look at it. Finally go look at it after flaking on him several times. When you are looking at it, have a friend go with to make comments about anything he/she can find wrong with it (even if there isn't really anything wrong). Then have that person talk about "other tanks that looked better". Finally be wishy washy and say there are better deals out there and offer him $450 for it.Druu;2791110; said:

Worth it, grab it, good deal for CT. I flip tanks all the time and I would easily get $500 for a 120 with a stand, filters and lights.
