Ok so as ive stated before I have a 90 gallon tank... Ive had it since October but due to my budget it just recently has been set up...like a month now... to get it started i put 5 giant danios in there and saved a 1" comet and said what the hell...

I also work at Petco as the Aquatic Specialist... we always have customers trying to hand in large fish that they cannot house anymore... if an associate wants them, then that is the only way we technically can take them in. Well my manager assumed that i would want them and told the customer to bring them in. Mind you i was on my way in from Pensacola, fl. it was a Sunday and i had to be in work at like 12...i had no clue what i was coming to. So i walk in go and check out my dept. and there they were... 1 5-6" JD 2 2-3" JD a 2" firemouth and a 2" convict... And me being the only one to have more than 50 gallons I couldnt continue you see them in ziplock bags any longer so i took them in...
Then yesterday a customer brings in 2 of some type of catfishes and a pleco... unfortunatly I do not have a good enough cam so i cannot give images of them yet... but my main concern is have i added to many?

You will need a larger tank for the JD,catfish, and FM and they will probably eat the GD...... maybe a 180 would be better or a 125

well they would have got bought eventaully. Right now your [robably stressing them out....... (not trying to sound like a dick)

ok so now your choices are either sell over half of what you got,get a bigger tank, or wait for some of the other to die off or get eaten

What a position to be in! I understand wanting too help the fishies out but you can't feel that its your duty to do so, there are sadly WAY MORE irresponsible fishkeepers fish than you could ever care for, good luck for now with the fish!

what if you posted pics of them "FOR SALE" at the store while they're in your 90?

Might be able to sell a couple to make room in your tank right?

Post them on craigslist it's free. You can offer them for free or even with a small fee, I'm sure you'll find someone to take the fish. Following is the link for Florida's craigslist; http://geo.craigslist.org/iso/us/fl

You can also post on MFK in the buy/sell forum.
