I got him to make a pair with my Female Albino Paradise,
He is seperated from the main tank(been in less than 10 Hours)

Is there Anything i Can treat him with or should i just killt it.

I never kill fish that are eating. It looks like a parasite that could be treated with medication. Try to fix this fish so you have the experience to save an expensive fish later.

thanks, i am going to the nearest lfs to see what they have.
 
Camallanus worms. Use levamisole hydrochloride or fenbendazole.
 
Just try the best that you can to reach over the two meds.
