Is this whole in the head?

I first saw one gash looking thing on the top of the head yesterday and thought he jumped and hit it on the light, but then i see another same looking type of gash thing on the side, i have no idea what this is.
Its a oscar in a 55 gallon aprox 9 inches, lives with one 4 inch firemouth, no conflicts. Water changes everyweek.
No live fish, eats hikari gold, what can i do?

It's not hole in the head. Just looks like a gash that he got somehow. It'll heal.

If it is a hole in the head desease, it should be a round wound.

It's not hole in the head. Just looks like a gash that he got somehow. It'll heal.

its around his nose also.. it looks like hith too me but its just a picture
