I know his is a bad pic but does this look like a black aro? my lfs has it listed as a silver.

Thats what I thought but it just looked black when I saw it with a bit of red on the scales. Darker than other silvers I have seen at that size. Its about 5-6 inches.

bit of red and darker scales means its a wild caught silver, yea thats no black, a black would have hint of blue on the top half of its body and the fins would be black blue and orange, a wild black would also have orange on scales too

X2, where does it come from! a lot of captive breed silver have that, not just wild silver!
