first off, i went to the grocery store today and they actually are able to order me beef heart. which is amazing because iv been to a several places and none of them could get it, not even a butcher shop. anyway, while i was there i looked in the frozen fish section to see what i could pick up. they had flounder and mahi, swordfish and a few others (no tilapi which disappointed me, thats what i was looking for) so i picked up a pack of frozen Whiting. before i start feeding i just wanted to double check and make sure this was ok. i know the primer says no salmon and this is what had me worried... just want to make extra sure Whiting is on the OK list too. by the way are those others i mentioned OK as well?

i used catfish, non-oily and real fatty..trout is oily, blue fish etc...?Go with catfish and you can get vitamins that you soak the fish in and they love it..

ok so, do you mean like soak the catfish in vitamins so it absorbs into the fillet? how do i do that, and where do i get the right kind of vitamins. obviously a lfs would be a good guess but i mean what brand and type. if i can do that that would be great cause i worry about my senny getting all the stuff he or maybe she needs.

Just add a good quality pellet to a varied diet and it will be fine -Anne

awsum, so do you recommend one as the best or should i pretty much just get whatever i think will be fine? hikari makes a massivore delite pellet, its advertised with a bichir eating it. would those be good?

Hakari massivore or sinking carnivore are both good

thanks so much Anne. ill go pick some up this afternoon. and im gona put some pictures of Jude (my senegal) up here in a few days to show him off. he's so cute.
