Issues getting a 265 up the stairs

So I just bought a beautiful 265 and was extremely excited until I realized the angles the tank would have to achieve in order to make it into my living room. Moving companies have basically told me go suck an egg or want to charge me more than I paid for the tank for a half hour of labor. I just ordered some suction cup handles, bit I don't want to be responsible for one of my friends' deaths. Any ideas?

You might be able to fit it through an upstairs window, but you'd have to stand on that van to get it through the window...and that's after you take the windows out of the frame

you could just stand it upright to mane it in, just use a dolly or something

Two wheeled dolly with stair climbers and straps. That, and a couple of your biggest friends and some beer. Check the local rent-all places for the dolly.
