Canada eh
This guy has a seemingly growing red fleshy looking bump on its left pectoral joint. I don’t have parameters, just leaving town and threw it in a qt before I left.

It doesn’t seem to be bugging it and no other fish in the tank seem to have anything like it. I’m just wondering if it is something that can transfer to other fish, do I need to treat it, and what would the best method be if so?

Sorry for crappy photos, hard to shoot a moving target. Lol these are the best of 20 or so.

I can't see protrusion. It might be a bite mark. . . . well, from what I can tell in the photos.

That’s what I thought at first but it has been there a while and hasn’t gone away in almost a month when I first noticed it.

Hmmm....not good in the least.

I've had fish live for years with small tumors that didn't spread.
But not too pretty.

Hard to tell. If it’s doing well then leave alone. Internal and not much could be done.

Pics are too blurry for me to tell one way or the other.

I might have to bet it and take a photo out of water. This thing doesn’t freeze for anything.
