I would do a large water change and treat with Kanamycin. Kana-Plex and Kana-Pro are the two brands they sell that I'm most familiar with. Sometimes you can get away with Melafix if the popeye is not too severe but it looks like it's getting pretty bad.
Most cases of popeye/cloudy eye start from a scrape or poor water quality and can get bad quick if other factors like high stress from tank mates are present. I'd increase your water change regiment, clean water is always your best medicine and usually does wonders with cloudy eyes. I'd also add some aquarium salt as well. jmo
