It happened!!!!!!!

My jar took his 1st pellet. He was on feeders and then slowly MP.
Then I was able to get him on krill and that sealed it. I got him
on nothin but krill for 3 weeks then I thru in a pellet and he took it.
This is after 3 days of spitting it out.

What I did was 1st krill, 2nd pellet - each day till he took the 2nd pellet.
The pellet was the pricey Hikari Bio Gold kind.

I am very thankful the first day I got my 6" home he ate a pellet right then. They were like he won't touch anything but feeders. Not!! I can hand feed him now 3 weeks after buying him.

I got my Jardini at 5" and he spit pellets out at first but I never gave him the opportunity for anything else. It was Hikari Foodsticks or nothing. He chose nothing for almost a week before giving in. Now he gulps them down by the mouthful. Congrats on weaning off those feeders.

haha.. you are fully aware that this is probably the one place where people actually care if your jar is eating pellets or poop.. haha.. this is why I love MFK..
