...because all my paired aquatic critters are gettin' busy.

Most noticeable is my snail population. I have at least 3 different species at the moment and working on a fourth.
The ones pictured are all captive bred offspring.

I thought this one was just funny, it is one of the adults.

As you can see, they are pretty big.

Getting snail offspring to survive has been a real task with ghost shrimp in one tank and a bluegill sunfish in the other (both are snail predators in my tanks).

Next, my mosquito fish and fancy guppies. I'm sure everyone has seen guppy fry so I wont put a picture up of them.

Next, and I just found them yesterday, are my convict cichlids.

Cool, the apple snail program started as food for my bluegill but just haven't built up a population that could support a sustainable harvest. That point should be coming soon now that I am slowly introducing them to my 50 gallon pond sump. I'm toying with the idea of getting an assassin snail just because all of the ones I see look really cool.

I forgot to add that I've also gotten blood worms going to feed my minnows and log perch. That is another program that is just now getting up to speed.

Baby, I got sick this mornin' ...A sea was stormin' inside of me Baby ...I think I'm capsizin' ...The waves are risin' and risin'...and when I get that feeling...my snails start spawning and spawning, again.

LOL

Just finished installing a water trough float so my water chemistry shouldn't have to take the daily 5 gallon of chlorinated water hit to top off from evaporation and animals drinking from the sump.
