It is normal on oscars?

I have this guy for more than a week now. When i first got him, i treat him with metro and methylene blue for quarantine purpose but the bulge in his anus doesn't gone after the treatment. He is acting normal eating well and pooping well. Is this bulge near the anus area normal in oscars?

It's a little difficult to see but it could be prolapse of the sand or bloat. Please try to take another pic.

Doesn’t look normal but could be just a mild defect. Don’t see any prolapse but better close up pics will help.

Dosen't look normal but i've seen many having the same issue here in India. Seems like its due to bad quality food and inbreeding . When they grow it may go away but for some it may not. If the op is from India then there is a very good chance that the seller was feeding it dead fish from the shop. keep updating.

Maybe he accidentally ate one of your rock substrate, and now it's blocking his intestines.

Here are the other pictures. I notice that when he is not fed the bulge is smaller but when he is already fed the bulge became bigger. He is acting normal always hungry. So i may ruled out disease or parasites? And consider this a defect or cause of poor fish keeping by the breeder.
