I just got a baby green terror last Sun. It is 2-3 inches and has what looks like tail rot or a fungus so I moved it to a 10 ga. hospital tank to cure it with Maracyn. The real problem though is it won't eat. It never heads to close to the surface so I tried sinking pellets and they don't work. I've also tried flakes and floating pellets. What should I do?

maybe hes not hungry

Since you have only had him for a few days he probably is still adjusting to his new environment.
Being in the hospital tank he will start to feel better with the medication and will start eating.
Give him some time. They can go awhile without eating.

the gt will be fine. same thing happened to my jh and it took a wk for it to start eating hikari
pellets

GT's are known for haveing eating problems, being that your is small, and not acclimated that's probly why,

what i did with my 2" er, was a put him in a 10 gal, and gave him alot off places to hide, becuase he is very skiddish. i feed it sinking pellets, because it won't come up for anything floating, but when i'm not looking he eats the sinking pellets. that's worked for me.
