I have just started handling African Cichlids and the fins poked the back of my hand. Now I have itchy bumps on my fingers. Any suggestions on a cream I can use to calm the itch? Thanks.

Ya should be fine using most any anti itch creams. If it still persists I would go get a check up as it might be fish handlers disease then. Btw don't worry, it ain't as bad as the name sounds, it just makes itchy spots on the hands that will fade away over time. Only other cause I could imagine happening is ya might just have a slight allergy towards fish.
But yeah most any over the counter brands of anti ich cream should work to get rid of the itch.
