Finally bought a black ray to add to the collection. It's been at my lfs since September and the price was right. Now to get him on the same food as the other rays.

Large double fish bag like you would with smaller fish and just sat bag in cardboard box till I got home.
Nice ray and congrats on the pickup. So did they know anything about the ray, ie: parentage, what the lineage is?
If I asked the owner I'm sure he could ask the breeder he got him from. Most of the rays he gets in are all captive bred from someone local to him. He has 6 moto/bd hybrids there now that he showed me the older siblings and they turn out beautiful. As for the one I picked up next time I stop in I'll ask.
