So I haven't been very active on here. I was in a limbo between a monster tank and a planted tank. Needless to say, spending $200 on lighting didn't do it for me. Monsters will always be with me. So my 55g wasn't doing it for me. The dimensions sucked, plain and simple. I sold it and picked up this little 50g (36x18x18) by AGA. I need to build a stand (I want a short one) and have my glass guy cut some glass tops for me. Filtration is on order as well-Eheim 2217. This tank will hold 1-2 P.E.Endlicheri, 1 Paroon shark, 3+ Widebars dats, 3+ IT, then either a tig or motoro ray. I'm used black estes sand as substrate witha nice piece of dw and some java ferns.
